Bubby's High Line is a restaurant serving classic American comfort food. This restaurant opened in 1990 as a simple bakery, selling pies to the local neighborhood. Today, However, Bubby's has expanded to a full-fledged restaurant with multiple locations. The restaurant is dedicated to the preservation and celebration of American food culture. Here, each guest is welcomed as a member of the family and educated about the food they order. At Bubby's, it is important for guests to understand where their food is coming from, who made it and what makes it so good. Bubby's menu is a tour through the history of American comfort food. Appetizers include buttermilk biscuits, blue cheese potato chips, deviled eggs, artichoke dip, dry rub ribs and buffalo wings. Dinners can be ordered one of two ways. Meals can be ordered off of the standard menu or dinners can be ordered family-style with guests receiving as much as they'd like.
