  • During the summer of 2003, two couples had similar dreams. Long time Executive Chef, Shawn Monday, and his wife Tiffany wished to one day open a restaurant of their own. Kurt and Cindy Nygaard of Hudson, Ohio wanted to take their appreciation of fine food and wine to the next level, owning a restaurant. The two couples blended their culinary and business experiences together to make Downtown 140, their dream, come to fruition.
