                                                                      Exceptional service. Lovely waiter who is super friendly. Really good food. The braised short rib was amazing. As well as the salmon. The Caesar salad was delicious with amazing dressing. Slightly different than where you are used to, but in a very good way. The Polynesian cocktail was very, very good. I would not spend the money to sit near the windows before 8 PM because the fountains don’t go on before then and you can see basically the same thing. You can always come up to the window to take a picture after.

                                                                      I made a reservation at the Paris Tower Restaurant for brunch two weeks in advance to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived on time at 12:30 p.m. The greeter at the elevator was excellent and promptly sent us up to the restaurant. When we arrived, the dining room was nearly empty, with only a few tables occupied. We politely asked the host if it was possible to get a window table. The host replied that no window tables were available but offered us a table three spots away from the window. That was fine, so we sat down, and our waiter came over to offer us the menu and explain the options. He was very professional and courteous. A short time later, two younger white couples arrived—both without reservations. To our surprise, the host gave them a large table meant for four, just one spot from the window. My wife rolled her eyes and asked if I saw what had just happened. I glanced over at the host, confused. About half an hour later, an older white couple came in. The host offered them a choice between a window table and a larger booth located just below where we were sitting. At this point, my wife and I started feeling upset. We couldn’t help but wonder: was this because of our race that we were not offered a better table? It’s disheartening to think that such behavior could still happen—especially in an upscale restaurant like this. Aside from the way the host treated us, everything else was excellent. The food was delicious, and the waiter provided outstanding service. Sadly, the host’s behavior dampened what should have been a memorable anniversary.

                                                                      I didn't read the fine print that I had to wear a collared shirt so they made me put on a $5 collared shirt over my $200 non-collared shirt. The server was slow to come to our table. The food was average relative to the price and they charged $8 for bread. But the view is nice.
