The seasonal menu has been described as "American" and "lighter than French" featuring dishes such as Sautéed French Burgundy Escargot in Puff Pastry with Garlic, Tomatoes, Red Peppers, and Country Ham, and Entrées of Grilled Beef Tenderloin on a Crispy Potato Pancake with Sautéed Spinach, Smoked Onion Demi-Glace and topped with Haystack Onions.
