Parking Details: Located directly underneath the restaurant, the Park America parking lot is located at the corner of 30th and K streets. Enter the garage and follow the signs for level P2. Once on the P2 level follow the signs to Sequoia. The elevator has direct access into the restaurant.
Banquet Facilities: THE STATEROOM-This private room accommodates 50-120 guests for seated events and up to 250 guests for standing receptions when including "The Decks" area. THE DECKS-Semi-private area for 25 to 50 guests for seated events and standing receptions. THE ATRIUM-Exceptional view and semi-private area on the second level accommodating 20 guests for seated events and up to 30 for standing receptions. THE MEZZANINE-Semi-private area on the second level accommodating 40 for seated events and up to 125 for standing receptions when including The Main Bar and the Atrium. THE MAIN DINING ROOM-Reserved for functions of 150-500 which may include private access to the outdoor terrace.
