Catering: Gravitas offers off-site catering for parties of all types and sizes! From hors d'oeuvres and cocktails for 400 to an intimate six course Chef's tasting menu prepared in your home - we do it all. We are an independently owned restaurant which gives us the flexibility to go above and beyond our client's expectations. Our in-house Event Coordinator is committed to working one-on-one with our clients from start to finish to create a customized and unique event. Banquet Facilities: Our private banquet room accommodates 60 people seated and 120 standing. Our mesquite tables can be arranged in a variety of fashions depending on the atmosphere you want to create. We also offer a “lounge set up”—modern leather chairs grouped around lounge tables—which makes for the perfect cocktail and hors d’oeuvres party! For corporate meetings we offer a 50” flat screen plasma television that extends from the wall and has an adjustable view. Laptops can be directly hooked up to the television to display Power Point presentations.

Private Party Facilities: The Sidebar and patio can be exclusively reserved for private parties and accommodates 160 people. The Sidebar tables can be reserved any night of the week where bottle service, hors d’oeuvres, and late-night bar menu are available. We also offer the option of reserving the entire restaurant! As an independently owned business we have a high level of flexibility and will work with you to create the perfect party - so don't be afraid to ask!
