The Basque room at Catalan delivers a private dining experience like none other. Not unlike Catalan’s main dining room, the Basque Room’s ambiance is a modern interpretation of Old World Spain—graceful, arched brick ceilings framed in beautiful Brazilian cherry wood, a striking display of our unique wine collection along the entire length of one wall and elegant lighting create an inviting setting for your private events. The Basque Room envelops you and your guests in a unique setting akin to a wine cellar in Priorat or a tapas bar in Barcelona. The Basque Room has its own distinct entrance and private restroom, and double doors leading to Catalan’s main dining room may be closed should you wish additional privacy. The room’s sound system is independent of the restaurant, and a flat panel television screen allows for presentations using the DVD player or connecting to laptops or USB storage devices.
