Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I have been jonesing for the bone in ribeye with mushrooms and balsamic. It did not disappoint. I went in for my birthday. Mason, our waiter, was fantastic. I plan on eating here more often.

    We brought our out of town neighbors with us to their first time ever to Capital Grill. Prior to them coming with us, they had not been impressed with any steakhouse they had been to in Boca and Delray. They loved it and gave it 5 stars. They were so impressed and now like us will always see Capital Grill as first choice for steak.

    Our experience was excellent! Our server Tammy was wonderful and very attentive. We all enjoyed our meals. Next time we are in Boca, we will visit again.

    Such a phenomenal lunch. Everything was perfect including my chicken breast on my salad. As simple as that is, it was executed perfectly which I promise you is harder than it seems. Thank you for a lovely time.

    Celebrated my birthday at my favorite restaurant in Boca. Everything was great from start to finish. Special thanks to the manager, Bobby Boribong who helped to make it a wonderful experience. Best restaurant manager anywhere!
