   Visited here for our anniversary after finding it on Tik Tok. We were disappointed the food was not good at all and definitely overpriced. The only thing we had was a great server. Never again what a waste!

   The restaurant has a cool, modern, inviting atmosphere. The food is delicious! The service is excellent. We eat here each time we visit NYC.

   We were a party of four celebrating a birthday for a person who loves sushi. His sushi order arrived in a 20" boat filled completely. All the food we ordered was wonderful. We had two "starters": crab cakes and seabass bites, some main courses including the cauliflower head, blackened scallops, then lots and lots of sushi. A wonderful meal followed by delicious desserts: Chocolate Diva Cake and some Gelato. The Blue Fin special cocktails and Sake Choices were also enjoyed. We would highly recommend this restaurant for the food and service. Some dishes are small portions and pricey. Some would say you get what you pay for......!

   Amazing food, drinks and service! We sat in the bar and ordered from the HH and regular menus. We shared crab cakes, salads, oyster Rockefeller, cauliflower, lobster bisque and other dishes. All were tasty, fresh and pleasing to the eye! Our server was the bartender… I believe her name was Katerina. She was outstanding… wrote nothing down, but remembered everything! She was attentive, w/out being annoying, and her drinks were all perfectly balanced (as was her presentation… friendly, yet professional)! Blue Fin will remain on my list as a top “go to” spot for quick, delicious food in NYC!

   Widely noted online as a great choice for gluten free diners but items marked GF on menu came w/sides that were not GF, waitress was not very smart about GF issues/options & could not answer questions when asked, then asked if there was someone else to speak to about it, she said she’d already asked. Later a manager came over to “apologize” not very sincerely and said if he’d have known earlier he might have been able to help. We left after appetizers and ate dinner elsewhere. Do NOT recommend if GF dining is required. Staff needs better training & to be a bit more customer-friendly.

   We ate her pre theater. Ordered a variety of small bites. Crab cakes…all crab no filler…they were great. Spicy Tuna roll we loved. Waitress made excellent suggestions and they were spot on.

   The food and service this time was subpar. We had no silverware, asked for straws at least 6 times, and had to send two items we ordered back after 1 bite. Our calamari was burnt and dessert just wasn’t up to their normal standards. May have been a bad day but it was not crowded or overly busy. Still would go back next time I’m in NY.

    Miso sea bass was perfectly prepared and delicious. The shrimp entree was a sticky mess and very expensive ($69) and only had 4 shrimp-very disappointing. The crème brûlée was delightful and beautifully presented in a long narrow serving dish and was perfect for sharing. Service was excellent.
