   I ordered the seafood mac and cheese which was excellent. Huge portions so I brought literally half of it home. We each had an Old Fashioned and loved them. My husband had the duck breast and said it was wonderful. I would definitely go back to this restaurant when visiting Atlanta again.

   Our first time here and everything was perfect! Shanelle was the best thing ever and made sure we were treated like royalty. Highly recommend and don’t miss the Fried Green Tomatoes!

   The service was terrible as she showed disinterest. The hamburger, which was ordered medium well, arrived short of medium. The server didn’t help, though, because it was 20 minutes before she showed up again.

   Lovely restaurant. I've eaten here before, and always enjoy it, but I never made a review. I had to this time, because date night was special from beginning to end. Hostess Ryan was pleasant, and gave use a booth even though we were a little late. Thrive has fun cocktails... Mine had a bubble- and it smoked when you popped it- Garden Milkbath? I think.. husband had sangria. Who knew yogurt went with tequila? Best Fried Green Tomatoes I've had in my life. I destroyed them before I remembered to take a pic. We split the firecracker sushi -very fresh... had some sashimi too, the slices were too big for me- but he didn't seem to mind. For entree, I had the seafood mac and cheese was very filling and more than I could handle... but to be fair I had a lot of apps, and some of my husband's Lamb chops. Don't remember my server's name, but he was brazilian and very pleasant. The manager Shanel was so engaging and stopped in to talk to us. It was just a great experience. I'll be back.

   Service was fantastic; however, the chef is careless. All the salmon sashimi had bones in it. After choking on the first piece and sending the other two pieces back as you could clearly see the bones in them, I only received one piece back. Kind of shady to charge full price and steal a piece of fish back. Wouldn’t recommend. Not a true Japanese experience with food or honesty

   Thrive offered an amazing dining experience. The service and the food were worth the visit. The price of the menu items was also reasonable. We will definitely return.

   As per usual, the staff, the service, and the food were excellent. What I love most: how consistent Thrive remains. I am always confident that my business lunches will go smoothly and my casual dining experience will be enjoyable. Love this place!

   Service was terrribly slow, sushi excellent, pork chop entree returned for being overdone and replacement only moderately better

    The calamari was rather tough. We had two sushi rolls that were pretty good. We ordered sashimi. The portion was generous, but they were hunks of raw fish and didn’t seem to be cut by someone who knew how to cut sashimi. For a downtown restaurant where you can get a reservation and walk to State Farm arena, not bad.
