    What a disaster. Went for the Wagyu board and it was just bad. I tried to add on the A5 filet bite, but later was informed they were out. Not a big deal, but disappointing. On a positive note, our server Spencer was great. The caesar salad was also very good. My wife got the lobster ravioli and it was just OK. There was a lot of lobster on top of the pasta, but it smelled very fishy and was chewy. The wagyu board started out fine. When it was brought out the server mentioned the green beans were not ready, but he didn't want the steaks to get cold. This should have been a warning the meal was going to be off. The dumplings were spicy and delicious overall. The short ribs had already cooled to luke warm but had a nice umami flavor. The first bite of the strip was OK, but I quickly realized the inside was cool and under cooked (I had order it medium rare). I informed the server who took it back to show the chef. He came back shortly after with the check, and no comment on the strip. The bill also had the upcharge for the filet. I asked about both, and he said there was nothing they could do about the undercooked steak. I asked to speak to the manager. He was much more apologetic, and offered to comp the ravioli and salad. That seemed fair, so we asked for the updated check. They had removed the filet we didn't get, and the ravioli, but not the salad. I asked, and the manager came back and blamed the server, stating he took the check out too soon. That was unprofessional, in my opinion. It also didn't make sense, as one of the items had been comped. By the end of the evening, we were also one of only three tables on a Friday night, which I think is another indication of the quality of this location. Overall, a very disappointing night out after hoping for a special meal.

    Our server Camila was wonderful; very attentive, friendly and professional. The hostess and managers were also very hospitable. My husband’s Cajun ribeye was perfect; our chopped salads were delicious - the truffle fries, were a smidge cool. My lobster ravioli were good. We were a little surprised by how loose the “dress code” was, on a Saturday night. Maybe because of the baseball game/Taste of Charlotte events, uptown? Maybe we are just getting old! Lol …

    Great experience at Morton's with very nice waitress who was very helpful with menu.. The manager David was excellent as he stopped by and had friendly conversation. We felt very appreciated especially when leaving as hostess and a cook thanked us. The food was great and atmosphere was very relaxing.

    Before I get to the great food and service I MUST talk about the manager David, he is amazing!! I simply called in to let the hostess know my guests would be arriving before me because I wanted to surprise my fiancé for his birthday, David was on the receiving end of that call and instantly it was as though I were talking with family! I could immediately sense his kindness over the phone and his excitement to make sure everything turned out perfectly for us (and it did)!! If you’re having any special celebration or event please book here, David and staff will make sure you’re treated with so much love! Our entire party ordered just about everything from the menu and everyone was pleased with their options, great place all around!

    Robin was excellent as our server she anticipated our every need! Thank you. The lobster bisque is the best The host waited outside with us for our Uber- thank you so very much! What a kind gentleman

    It was not my expectation that a fine dining restaurant run out of several menu items before 6:00 on a major holiday. Was able to place an order for a ribeye that even the server acknowledged was tough. Disappointing experience for Mother’s Day dinner, I hope they can provide a better experience in the future.

    We had a horrible dining experience on Mothers Day. Our food was horrible, the service was poor and it ruined our afternoon. This is not the quality we are used to with this brand. We will never return,
