   I was here about 50 years ago as a kid. Glad to see it is still here. Food and service was top notch. Went for Hungarian goulash and it was delicious! We will certainly be back.

   This was our first time to dine at The Wine Cellar, but it certainly won't be our last. Garfield was excellent and his food recommendations were spot on. The food options were absolutely delicious, so we opted to try dessert. Again, we were thrilled with our choices. We left so very satisfied with our great experience.

   We went with friends and enjoyed everything from starters (fondue and artichoke) to dinner (halibut and New York) and dessert (fondue and Key Lime Pie). Everything was absolutely delectable! Our amazing server, Garfield, recommend the espresso martini and it did not disappoint! Amazing meal worth every penny!

   My salad was deliciously crisp, colorful and fresh. Our wasabi salmon was so good, and our dining partner said his steak with peppercorns was scrumptious. Their creme brule is deelicious! Our waiters were all most attentive, helpful, and friendly.

   I made the reservation for 6 about 2 weeks in advance and specified it was a birthday celebration dinner. We arrived on time to be told that we would not be seated in the restaurant. Instead, we were escorted to one of three tables in a windowless, ambiance-free, hotel basement-like conference room down a long hall, far from the bar and kitchen. It was a long trek for the servers, so when the waiter failed to deliver one of the cocktail orders there was no way to flag him down to alert him to the oversight. When he did come back, he was naturally insistent that he take our dinner orders before making any extra trip to fetch the missing drink. On the plus side, the food was delicious and served all together. The dinner was expensive, as expected, but a good part of what we were expecting from previous meals was the ambiance of the restaurant. That was totally missing and there was not even a mention of the birthday occasion. Why ask about the occasion during the reservation process if it’s going to be ignored?

   Fantastic experience and delicious food! Highly recommend the halibut dish and lamb chops!! Definitely coming back soon to try more dishes. Our server was great and extremely attentive to all our needs and very proactive on keeping our drink glasses full. Stop in for a yummy meal.

    My husband and I wanted to celebrate my birthday somewhere new, but we were both very disappointed with the quality of the food for the high price. It was mediocre like an overpriced Applebees. The babyback ribs and braised short ribs were nothing special and lacked flavor. The fries were the worst we’ve had anywhere. We did enjoy the Caesar salad and coconut fried prawns. Our server was nice and understanding, but we won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
