  • Catering: In 2003 we attended to the requests of our customers by launching Bistro Catering and designing a 3000 square foot dedicated catering facility, the first of its kind in Jackson Hole. Bistro Catering is the full service catering division of Rendezvous Bistro. In the years since we have grown to accommodate virtually any size party, wedding or event. In 2001 the opening of Rendezvous Bistro changed the face of dining in Jackson Hole.   • "Their unique options that met the needs of different generations. We had two mid 20 year olds who were famished, and two 50 year olds who are picky. The service was prompt and attentive. Recommendations were appreciated. The food was unique and perfectly prepared. Although the tables have white table cloths complementing the unique fare, the ables also had paper covering them, with crayons on every table. It was the perfect combo of incredible food and unique atmosphere."

  • "We eat at the Bistro regularly as we are local and consider it to the our favorite place to eat. I ordered the lamb dish and the lamb was raw and chewy. Danny, our waiter offered to take it back and make it right, which he did. My husband ordered the fried chicken and it was delicious. When Danny brought a new piece of lamb to the table, it was perfectly cooked, but, regrettably, by then I had lost my appetite and wasn't hungry any more. Danny graciously offered to send the piece of lamb home with me and I enjoyed it the next day for lunch. Danny also removed the charge for the lamb meal from our bill, which was a pleasant surprise. My husband raved about the chicken all night."

  • "I was not blown away by my dining experience at Rendezvous Bistro, but it was a nice place. I got the Pork Shoulder and my brother got the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and greens. The pork shoulder was tender and had a had a good mix of flavors. The fried chicken left a little to be desired, and the mashed potatoes were kind of bland. The waiter was just attentive enough."

  • "Overall a good experiece, however was extremely disappointed in the Venison Leg meal. The venison was tough and full of grissle. I have eaten a lot of venison and have never had this experience before. To compensate they wanted to offer me desert. I do not eat desert and do not believe that that compensates for the meal not meeting expectations."

  • "We received from our Real Estate agent 500.00 when we purchased business real estate and 500.00 when we bought our home. In the past two years we have eaten over l000.00 dollars worth of food at Bistro. Food and service have always been fine, this last experience was the same except for the fact that we were seated in the middle of the room and waiter traffic and other customers were absurdly close. It struck me as the epitome of greed, rather than a fine dining experience, it was noisy and dinner was interupted moving our chairs or ducking to avoid waiters with plates going by. Remove 3 tables from the middle of the room. We finished up the last of our gift certificate at this time and probably will not return for awhile."

  • "We were seated promptly. Service pacing was probably just a tad slow for my tastes, and it was the typical "modern" eatery where you put as many tables/chairs into one place as you can. The food was inventive and tasty. Flavor profiles and combinations were well done. Water glasses were kept full even when busy. The level of noise was a bit irritating. The crabmeat appetizer, monkfish, and chocolate bread pudding were standouts. In short, I would go back."

  • "The pasta and meatloaf entrees were vey good. The pork adobo was good, but diners should know that the coconut milk will add sweetness to the dish. Very disappointing, however, was the monk fish entree. We all had a taste and had the same reaction as my husband who became ill later that evening with stomach and intestinal discomfort. The waitress was somewhat condescending when my specific drink order was unavailable. I believe her intentions were good in that she made a suggestion to meet the ingredients, but her tone was not pleasant. She seemed irritated and never provided us with any "friendly" service. We were with locals who know of the longtime waitress and were, themselves, disappointed. The calamari appetizer was excellent!"

  • "We are locals in Jackson and eat at each of the Fine Dining restaurants several times per year. Rendezvous Bistro is our favorite. We almost always take out of town friends here when they visit, because we know the experience will always be a good one and the food is predictable. Predictably fantastic. The managers and hosts are always great. The servers...they do a good job, but typically have an arrogance which is the only negative thing I can say about this place. Overall, though...it's excellent, which is why we keep going back!"

  • "This place is one of Jackson, WY (aka Jackson Hole's) best. The service is prompt. The wait time for delivery of food is acceptable. It's a busy place with lots of hussle and bussel about the seating area. Their daily specials are always great. They are the only place in town to order fresh oysters. Their prices tend to be at the higher end but this is Jackson...not Rock Springs. At this time of year, they feature 2:1 which turns out to be a great deal for the thrifty."

  • "I love eating at Rendezvous Bistro. I have never had a bad meal there. The service is always 100% top notch and as long as you keep my diet coke filled, I am one happy camper! I LOVE the french onion soup and you can't keep away from the carrot cake…the carmel sauce has a hint of curry in it and it just sets it off. I love a restaurant that is consistent in great food and great service and RB is one of my top five favorite restaurants in Jackson Hole. Keep up the good work."

  • "Server was slow to check in to make sure our meal was ok, we needed a knife to begin eating; had to wait looking for waitress, asked another waitperson a while later to which he graciously obliged. Wanted to tip him instead! The restaurant is very loud. Noticeably, Open Table does not have a box to check for that observation other than "energetic" On the positive side, our reservation requests about seating and saving 2 portions of the Friday Special, were honored and earned accolades!"
