The menu selections are creative and the food is quite wonderful. During the next two weeks their 2 for 1 entree specials will help keep the cost down for everyone while contributing to local charities. The nightly specials are taste treats and the overall quality rates four and a half stars. They are a bit pricey, but not out of range compared to other restaurants in the area. Service is VERY attentive but unobtrusive. Great wine selections and a few local brews on tap, too! Don't hesitate to go. The bistro is tucked away on the right side of the main road into town, right after the Sinclair gas station. Look for the Hampton Inn sign marking the location. The sauces were incredible and the Monk fish had a spicy chili sauce and was sitting a crimini mushroom "puddle" or sauce that was to die for. I practically licked the plate. The place was packed and for good reason. A no brainer to come here when you want an excellent meal. The food was excellent; I would highly recommend the venison and the veal marsala entrees, though the spinach served with the veal was a bit tough. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. I am hard of hearing and generally request a booth in the corner where I can hear better. He always goes out of his way to see that we are accommodated and I so appreciate that. It is not always easy for him, I know.

Although not near Jackson town square, it's surely a local favorite which was evidenced by the line of 'em waiting for the doors to open for the evening. We arrived early and were seated immediately, though did have reservations just in case. We very much enjoyed the Bistro atmosphere, the great light, large wine list, fun specialty drinks, and spectacularly delicious dinner choices (Mmmm...duck!). The staff and managers mingled through the tables effortlessly, were on point, and very accommodating. I've never had a meal here that I didn't fully enjoy but my all-time favorite dish is the pork adobo. If you are unsure about what to order, ask your server for advice, they are always knowledgeable about the specials and menu items, and can help steer you in the right direction.
