Regi's American BistroGreat Night OutIt was a friend's birthday and we were also entertaining out of town guests. We had a group of 6 which is sometimes hard to find a place that can comfortably fit a "big" party here in the city. We ate outside and it was open and comfortable. The food was AMAZING!! Everyone got something different and everyone loved their dish. Highly recommend starting with the tater-tots. The staff is always great.5/23/2013 12:00:00 AMtasty family brunchhad 1230 brunch yesterday. sat right away and the bistro vibe is apparent in the tight but not cramped tables and the array of choices. lots of menu choices - specials/brekkie/lunch but no entrées. had the special country fried pork cutlet. crunchy, soft and on a nice roll with L&T. shared the tater tot starter (bacon and brie), cheesy and decadent, but i'd like the tots a bit crispier. in laws got the salmon club, and their only complaint was that it came on bread and not a kaiser like mine. they do their burgers on them and the crust was a bit firm and didn't tear well. however the fish was good. their sweet potato and regular fries were crunchy but could be a bit hotter. good cocktails and service. have been before and will go again.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMNever DisappointsAlways a great meal in this neighborhood. We have never had a bad meal or bad service. On this occasion had an early dinner because the couple we were entertaining had to get on the road. Per my suggestion our guest had the Cape Cod salad and cleared his plate in no time. The Rockfish entrees were superb as was the turkey burger. We are a group of three couples who dine together every month or two; and have recently decided to make Regi's our default venue. The hostess was very accommodating as we had two elderly people with walkers in our group and she was very kind and helpful in getting them up the 2 steps into the dining room with the fireplace.
