The manager, Michael M., was especially nice, giving personal attention throughout the wait, dinner and after. The food is excellent. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal there. It was very good. My huaband had Chicken Fettucine Alfredo, which was out of the norm for Redstone, as I have NEVER seen a pasta on their menu in all the years we've been going there. They should add some to their menu, as it was the freshest pasta we have ever had. It literally tasted like you could picture the Chef using the manual pasta machine and cranking out the ribbons of pasta. Yum! Drinks are always great - Pineapple Doli can't be beat. And love the outdoor bar and scene now that it's getting warmer. The only issue we ran into this time around was my husband ordered steak with blue cheese and they forgot to add the blue cheese. We went for lunch and were seated immediately and the service all around was very good. I have celaic disease and was thrilled that they had a decent selection on the gluten free menu. We had a reservation and even though there was a bit of a wait the lovely hostess stayed true to their word an sat us within in 10 minutes. Our server Nick was AMAZING. He was very personable. He gave of just the right amount of time and attention. We started with the stuffed mushrooms which were just okay so we decided to order the ahi tuna as well. Siding with Nick's advice my boyfriend ordered the rotisserie chicken and I ordered the porkchop..........( it was so good it left me speechless haha). Dessert was also very delicious.
