Redstone American Grill - MarltonFirst time satisfactionMy wife and I kept saying we wanted to check out Redstone so we decided to go on our anniversary. The atmosphere was nice. There is outdoor dining with a view of a pond with a fountain but We say inside some it was a rainy day with no sun.
The waitress was nice and gave good service. The menu wasn't out the box but well done. Steak and fish were cooked well.

The food is exceptional and the service is attentive albeit pushy with lots of attempts to up-sell. Before you go, though, you ought to know they give you a free mimosa or champagne cocktail with each adult entree. And they also bring a wonderful and fresh "breakfast bread" (which is more like a cake) to the table; it's easily big enough for 4 people to enjoy. But they won't tell you about the drinks or the breakfast bread until AFTER you order your beverages and entrees. I suppose their logic is that if they tell you about the freebies, you won't order an alcoholic beverage or an appetizer if you know you're getting these things at no cost. The waitress who served us was quite affable, checked back to see if we needed anything several times, and had recommendations for us as far as what we were ordering.
I had made reservations and requested a booth which was available for us upon arrival.
AND, everything we had to eat was very good, tasty, plentiful, and reasonably priced.

They can accommodate large & small parties. If you like buffalo shrimp you must get it here. You won't be disappointed. The salads are delicious. The ribs delectable. You can't go wrong. When I am in Jersey again I will be sure to come back. this time I would like to eat and overlook the man made lake. This one had cheese sprinkled on top with huge slices of sliced tomatoes on the entire thing topped with dried basil. It got a little mushy and the tomatoes were horrible since they are not in season. I should have complained to management that this isn't really what a Margarita pizza is at all.
