Restaurants seem to cram more tables into the place which makes it difficult to get around and very loud. When you're paying a bit of money for a special day that's not appreciated.
This year, however, it was just going to be 3 of us, so I made the reservation for Mother's Day.
Let me say that I think it's VERY important where you sit in order to enjoy. We had a good spot. The food was beyond fabulous and, although 2 of us don't eat much at all, I think the price was just fine for a special day.
I will be happy to do this again. Thank you Redstone. She mentioned it to the waiter. Within 5 minutes a helper from the kitchen came to our table with three mini-cinnamon rolls. Made my wife extremely happy - on Mother's Day. The holiday buffet was gorged with delicious food. There was a good balance between breakfast and lunch food and the variety was tempting and very tasty! The traffic flow was a bit congested because the food tables were so vast, but guests were in good spirits and set up was reasonable considering the holiday fare. They really make the day special. The three year old in our party loved the Easter Bunny. Whoever that Bunny was they did a good job of interacting with children (as we observed from other families as well) - sometimes the children just want to say "HI", even if it is for the 10th time.
The only negative was the location of the brunch items. I felt it was too close to the diners in the booths and it was tight getting around for some.
