But once we had been seated, I noticed there were signs around the restaurant that we could have reserved outdoor seating. It was a beautiful evening, outdoor seating was available, and no one offered us that opportunity.
Your "friendly" reminders about our reservation was a bit excessive PLUS a call on the day of the reservation, leaving me a message to please call back to verify the reservation. The location, perched atop the Rogue River rapids is spectacular, especially for summer patio dining. The service was great. Also, the wine list is very nice and the wines are well priced. We stayed well past everyone else leaving and sensed no attitude or concern from any of the staff. Dessert served on a plate with Happy Birthday writen in chocolate was a very nice touch.

We were at first put off by the pricey reputation but soon discovered that quality comes with a price! Our entree's were beautifully presented and showed that the chef took care to give us the flavor and variety that comes with a fine eatery. All was good---except the waiter failed to put my wife's order in. Our food arrived, and three of us sat there until the waiter was finally hailed down. So she sat there while we ate. By the time her food arrived, we had finished our meals (to not let it get cold), and she was in no mood to eat. We put her meal in a take home, and gave it to our son.
