They had some items like the caramel rolls that were far above average. There were other items on the buffet such as the sausages, that were no more than average. My family of 7 went here for mother's day brunch and had a fabulous time! The variety of foods offered was great and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The eggs benedict was awesome and their cheesy hashbrown potatoes were out of this world! Our waitress was so so and we were surprised to find a 19% gratuity included in our bill being that our group was 7 people and there was no mention of this prior to receiving our bill. Table setup was exactly as I'd requested in the reservation. Everyone from age 85 to age 4 enjoyed their selections. In addition to delicious Italian mains and pizza, the dinner menu offered roast beef which was well-prepared and the kid's menu included ice cream dessert. We had one primary server w/ several assistants for food delivery. It took 4 requests to get water glasses for everyone at the table. The complex bill-split multiple ways for our large group was handled perfectly. We appreciated that both the menu & the server's announcement as bills were presented made it clear that a gratuity was already shown on the bills.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMWe looked online for a restaurantWe looked online for a restaurant to meet our guests close to the MOA. We chose this one and were very, very surprised how delicious the food was and how great the service was.
We definitely will be coming here whenever we are looking for food in the MOA area.
Thank you.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMI am not sure I would haveI am not sure I would have tried this restaurant had it not been for Minneapolis - St. Paul Magazine's Restaurant Week. So glad I did! It is a bit deceiving when you pull up and see it is attached to a Best Western Hotel, but the ambiance, food, and service was as good as any Open Table selection you would expect. They even had live music during the dinner hour and half price bottles of wine the night I went. Great spot. Will go back again some time!2/26/2013 12:00:00 AM
