The result . . . Red is the best by far. Our server, Rich, was fabulous. Attentive, but not overbearing, he knew his stuff and made everything sound appetizing (which we knew it would be). No need to go to NYC for a great steak when Red is in our hometown! Our server completely missed that it was our Anniversary while showering the table next to us with praise as they were celebrating their's as well. He then failed to tell us what desserts they were out of, while again we heard him tell the table next to us. And then he asked a table within earshot what their price limitation on wine was vs. if they had a range they wanted to stay within (tone was very rude when he did it). We spoke with the Manager upon leaving the restaurant and she was very gracious and understanding. The restaurant is well appointed both in the bar area and in the dining room. Every item on the menu from the salads to the entrees to the side dishes is strong in its own right. Since it was both my wife and I first time there we had no idea what to expect or get. Our waiter Jerry W as it appears on my receipt, was very outstanding in helping us select our food!!! We had no idea what to get and he went on to explain what the specials were and how much food you get. He was instrumental in helping us decide on what we wanted. He brought out my wifes apple martini without me even mentioning it and he said happy anniversary to my wife and I. I personally thought the restaurant was great. the service was amazing and the food was as well. the ambiance was one of my favorite things about the steakhouse. the only thing was abit distracting was the noise level, though fun and energetic it seemed to never die down which made it abit hard to hear the person across the table. Their regular diners won't be put off, but if they were trying to attract new customers, maybe...That said, food was terrific, as always, and the portions are very generous.
