Just my husband and myself were eating, we were seated in the very first table right next to entrance to the bar. Air vent over me, freezing, the people gathering in front of our table while waiting for thiers, also horrible. The entire meal was ruined for me.. I mentioned to the staff about the air literally blowing down in me, he explained there was nothing he could do. How about offer us another table? This seating sucked the enjoyment out of this meal for me, which was over $200 btw!"

  • "We had eaten there last year and enjoyed it also. This was in celebration of my husbands 63rd birthday and it was just the two of us. Lobster bisque and calarmari with shrimp were absolute delish. I had stuffed sole and brought leftovers home for the next day and enjoyed just as much. My husband is a beef eater and had the steak You were very good in reading my reservations and bringing him out a birthday dessert with candle. Unfortunately only a few bites because we were both so full. My only disappointment was the extra large asparagus, not as tender as the nice thin ones."

  • "We were excited to dine at Reds and ended up disappointed when we finally got there. The staff while friendly was very slow in service. They are supposed to be a team but there was communication lacking between them It was a relatively slow when we were there on Friday night so I can not imagine the wait if it is busy. If you go pack your patience, it took 20+ minutes just to get a bottle of bubbly"

  • "Overall, my husband and I had a nice time. Since the location is inside of a casino, you have to walk through a very smoky atmosphere to get to red's Steakhouse. Inside the ambience was okay, as I faced the kitchen and could see everything that was going on. They had live music but we were not able to enjoy it based on our table's location. The service was very good. The wait staff brought out 2 samples of wine for me to try and they were very attentive! While the steak's were good, our appetizer and vegetables were pretty bland. Our total bill came out to $170 (before tip), so we wished everything was more like 5 stars to pay such a high amount for 2 people: 3 glasses of wine, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and 1 dessert."

  • "Once we arrived, we were informed that there would be multiple servers through our reservation. That was something new to us. As our dinner went on, I was impressed how well their system worked. Everything went smoothly and they were all friendly and patient. The food was phenomenal. We both ordered the Scottish salmon and the scallops. Also, we took advantage of their soup special, seafood chowder. It was very flavorful and perfectly cooked. We felt guilty because we could not finish our dishes. It was delicious. We would definitely come back if the opportunity allows us."

  • "The waiter, Mike, was fabulous. Attentive without being overbearing and definitely went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make sure our dinner was exceptional. The soup was great. The salad was good. The steak? Too thick - sounds weird, I know. But it was so thick that the middle of the steak was bland since you didn't get that wonderful crust every time you took a bite. Dessert was good. Bar selection was great - excellent local beers (we bought some of both on the way home). But unfortunately, the cost for the two of us was $250. Way too expensive for the area and the food just didn't quite live up to such a steep bill."

I never mind a high price tag if the meal is exceptional and this one was. It was my wife's birthday and our first time here, but I don't think we'll be waiting a year to come back!"

  • "This restaurant has the best steaks. The steaks have perfect smoky flavor and are cooked exactly how you order it. They taste better than any steak I'v ever had. But, for the price I paid for the meat ($50 for the rib steak) I feel I shouldn't have to pay an additional $10 to enjoy it with a baked potatoe and any other sides they offer. If you only order the steak-that will be the only thing on your plate. Sides are all extra."

  • "I took my husband to this restaurant for his birthday, last week. We really enjoyed ourselves. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the dining atmosphere was very romantic. The hostess, and servers were very polite. We never had to keep asking for anything, because the staff always catered to our needs. We were really impressed not only wit the food, we were impressed with the staff... It was like if we were a king and a queen eating dinner. They made us feel very special.   • "The food is very good, not the first time I have eaten here. The wait staff is good but there were 3 people for our table and we couldn't figure out who did what. One guy brought the bread and water, then the waiter took our order and then there was a girl but not sure what her purpose was for the table. We gave her the bill and after 15 minutes of her not coming back we had to get the waiter to get the bill back so we could leave. Very strange. Was there celebrating a friends birthday. Overall it was a nice experience."

  • "I have been to red's a few times and i have to say, this time was i was not happy. our ceaser salad was delicious. our steak was cooked good; however, the server did not cut it for us. i had to literally reach over the table (on what was our valentines day dinner) and cut it up for me and my husband. the onion rings were not fully cooked or crispy, the batter was raw and every bite i took the onion was so thin that it would slip out. we were not impressed and therefore did not bother with dessert."

We had more food than we could eat at alacarte prices. Onion rings don't make good "doggie bag" items and that one side would have been more than enough for two people.   • "For a steak house and the fact it is located in a casino, Red Steakhouse is definitely worth a try. The restaurant is not that big and this lends to a good intimate atmosphere. The food is pretty good. My wife's scallops were amazing. I was deciding between their Rib Eye and a Filet. I opted for the $50 Rib Eye and unfortunately did not think it worth $50. At best it was a $35 or so.Although it is listed as aged, the taste was just not there. Even the side of Bernaise I ordered came out lukewarm and wasn't enought to mask the amount of fat around the meat. When I go back I will be sure to order the Filet or the Lobster which both looked amazing served at the tables next to us. All in all a great experience just don't overpay for the Rib Eye"

The French onion soup is amazing. After having it once before at red, I couldn't wait to have it again. I had a dinner special, filet and scallops. The filet was aged and full of flavor. My husband indulged in the Porterhouse, which was a generous cut on both sides of the bone!! We fully enjoyed the flavors of everything we ordered and will with no doubt treat ourselves to Red again."

The service crew we had Leslie, Eric, and another woman where top notch and they made the experience great. I have to bring up that one year and it might not have been my Birthday on the menu was sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows and I do miss that from your menu. ."
