"Terrific experience! While in Denver on business I sought restaurant recommendations to visit. Red Square was highly referred and I confirmed with online reviews. A must try is the Russian Vodka with slivers of dill pickles...a unique and excellent combination. Very much enjoyed the the meat filled dumplings appetizer called "Pelemeni" which was followed by the main entree, beef stroganoff. Originally I had no intentions of ordering this dish but I was encouraged by the Russian food server that this would be a different experience than the "American" version of beef stroganoff I envisioned. He was correct! It was excellent! Upon my next visit to Denver, I will definitely revisit. Cheers!"

"My friend and I went to Red Square Euro Bistro for Denver's Restaurant Week, and we had a fantastic time. The food was excellent--I had tiger shrimp risotto for my first course, seared duck breast with wild rice for my second course, and a walnut cookie for dessert. The portions were perfect, and I left feeling satisfied but not overfull. The service was excellent, too. We told the waiter when we arrived that we had to leave at a certain time to go to the theater, and he made sure that our food came in good time. For those who like vodka, Red Square also has an unparalleled vodka menu, including infused vodkas (on a previous visit, one of our group tried the dill-infused vodka)."

"Makes you re-think Russian cuisine. Great house infused vodkas- try the Pineapple, but drings are a bit pricey. Excellent food- try the Salmon Stroganoff, rich with cream and mushrooms. Great service."

"We come for the amazing vodka menu, but the food and the service are also excellent. Only one small criticism: on more than on occasion there has been no host, and we have been left standing in the doorway for awhile while other staff walk by. We will still be going back, though!"

"Wonderful local restaurant which has an extensive list of Vodkas, including unusual infusions. We've dined here often and the food selections...from duck breast to sea bass...are always taste and artfully prepared. Serice is perfect, not rushed, but always available. Worth trying, and visiting often."
