Angeleno Magazine's Best New Chef, Jordan Kahn, prepares modern, local cuisine inspired by Vietnamese flavors. Plates vary in size from small snacks to large format proteins, and the entire menu is designed to be shared amongst the table. The wine list is focused on Riesling, with other whites and reds coming primarily from French or California producers that share an elegant, restrained style. The cocktail list is seasonal and changes frequently.
