Red Maple - BaltimoreGet there earlyFor an amazing, quiet dinner, get there early. The husband and I got there when it opened and ended up having amazing tapas. The gnocchi with brussel sprouts in sage butter was so good we ordered two, the pumpkin dumplings in cardamom cream made me want to lick the plate, and the lemon creme brulee was creamy and tart with the right amount of sweetness. Our server Erin made our engagement the special occasion we wanted it to be. The only odd thing was the banquette seats against the wall. They were very uncomfortable and awkward.
