Red HouseAnniversaryMy husband and I had a wonderful meal, not the usual menu, we wanted something different, (Duck and Moroccon chicken, marinated mushrooms). YUM! The service was excellent and the staff were all friendly. We will go again! Love the ambience. If the weather is nice we want to eat in their garden patio next.5/21/2013 12:00:00 AMred house was greatIt is a red house! It was perfect for our boisterous group of 7 adults. The restaurant was homey and comfortable, and we even had our own room. Peaking around we noticed many charming places to sit throughout the house. The wine and beer selection had plenty to offer. The food was quite good and the service was outstanding. Two in our party have dietary restrictions, gluten free and dairy free. Our waiter, Chris, and the kitchen, were super accommodating. It was a pleasant surprise to find a place like this and we will definitely go back.5/20/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoyed Nice LunchThree of us went for lunch to celebrate our birthdays. Everyone enjoyed their lunch choices. The seafood stew was delicious. Portions were large enough for us to share. Huge trout selected for the trout lunch special. Chicken penne picatta very flavorful. Would recommend lunch or dinner. Next time I'd like to try the mac n cheese!5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's Day TapasI took my mom here on mothers day because we were looking for some place in between Puyallup and Seattle and there were some good reviews. All four of us in our party were very pleasantly surprised, the ambiance was delightful and the tapas did not disappoint, by the of the meal we had each stolen something of one another's plates!
If you are a fungi fan(or not), order the mushroom bruscetta; the earthy, buttery, herb taste will make you dance in your seat. we'll be back!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMRed House is always a pleasureYou never know which little nook or crannie you'll be sitting in, but all have great ambience. Service is always spot-on. The menu seems to be shrinking--food was good but the selection was not as good as I recall from previous visits. Outdoor dining is very popular in good weather but it's right on a busy street and not much in the way of views. Great wine list and craft beers.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMWe always enjoy dinner atWe always enjoy dinner at the Red House. It was lovely to be seated in the downstairs room with windows. The food was good. There is such a variety of menu items to choose from and they are all wonderful. There is a wide range of wine selections and all of enjoyed the glasses we ordered. We'll be back!4/28/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is a little gem thatThis is a little gem that is cozy but be prepared for noise. And the gluten free options were terrific!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMAs small business owners withAs small business owners with 5 people, we find it difficult to find a good place for business meetings, one that's centralized with plenty of parking and a separate room where we can conduct business. The upstairs room was perfect!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AM
