I had the jumbo scallops and they were outstanding as well. It came asparagus and it was cooked perfectly. It also came with lobster macaroni which I thought was only average, the lobster was scarce. I had a similar serving at another restaurant, not locally, that had chunk lobster which was the best I ever had, so by comparison it made this dish average. This trip we made it the first place we visited when we arrived and the last place we had dinner the night before we left. The food, atmosphere and service are all exceptional. We've probably had dinner at Red Fish or 30 times on our trips to Hilton Head. Initially we were seated in the dining room but the voice level was overwhelming so we requested a quiter location. The response by staff was quick and polite. We ended up at a table in the wine bar area which was great. Lots of people watching as people arrived and much more pleasant. Food was right up there with our expectations. The tuna tartar appetizer was very different in presentation and very tasty. We had 3 different entres and all were great. The scallops and tune we ordered were cooked perfectly. The ribs were huge and very tender. The deserts looked great, but we were so full we could only try one. I would highly recommend the thief version of a banana cream pie in a parfait (I can't remember the actual name). It was amazingly light and very flavorful. The server said they try to have all of the selections (which is huge) chilled and ready to serve.
