Our focus is on regional Canadian ingredients that combine classical techniques with current concepts. Our fantastic seasonally influenced menus will highlight Canada's… farmers, fishers and producers while supporting Canada's cultural mosaic and its rich ethnic cuisines. As nightly specials we will also feature multiple course tasting menus exploring ingredients like the fruits of Niagara, wild edibles or local game meats. We have two warm and inviting licensed dining rooms with space for private parties, events and meetings of over 70 guests.
