Red Canoe BistroGood Local Food and WineThe one thing that sets the Red Canoe Bistro apart from other restaurants is that they focus on getting their produce and food from the local farmers in the area. The food was delicious and well presented. Our waiter was also very good and he was knowledgeable about the wines that they serve. They have an extensive wine list and most importantly the wines are from the local area. I would definitely go back. I'd like to try some of their other dishes and everyone at our table was more than happy with their food. The cauliflower, potato + aged cheddar soup was simply perfect. Will definitely be back next time we are in Burlington.
