Chef Duncan Ly and his team display their talents at the chef-attended action station where Tuna Tataki and the Sous Vide entrees rain supreme.Their creativity is showcased each weekend with Chef Ly's multi-course… Degustation Menus (tasting menus) with pairings (available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner). Menus change weekly so please contact Raw Bar to learn what Chef Ly is preparing this week.
