Very good food (we had one dish that was overcooked, the server was fantastic in dealing with fixing the issue), and classy ambiance. A touch quieter than I expected, but a nice romantic ambiance!

I went here for the Big Taste. My biggest observation, was that creativity and quality was placed over consumption. Meals were nicely plated, and of excellent quality, but small and expensive. Other with me remained hungry after 3 courses.
This is a nice place to go, but can be very quiet and lacking a real atmosphere except those staying in the hotel.

The service was prompt, friendly and efficient and the ambiance was acceptable once our eyes adjusted to the dim lighting. While the food was delicious, we were somewhat disappointed by the serving size given the price.

Wasn't a fan of the food. The fresh oysters wasn't fresh. The steak tasted funny and it's not because of the blue cheese foam. There are better restaurant attached to hotels in calgary.

We came here for the Big Taste event and between the three of us, we had everything on the Big Taste menu. The appetizers were Duck Maki Roll or Tuna Nicoise Salad, both of which were very tasty. The entrees were Flat Iron Steak or Sablefish. My companions enjoyed their steaks but I found the sablefish to be on the bland and undercooked side. The desserts were Berry Crumble and Ice cream or Cheese Cake and Honey Foam. My husbAnd said the crumble tasted a bit on the burnt side. I found the cheesecake to be good but nothing outstanding, however the Honey Foam was very refreshing and delicious. For $35 per person, it was a pretty good deal.

Had an excellent meal for our first time dining at Raw Bar. Service was decent, food came out hot and we did not wait long between courses. I would return and would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a nice meal at resonable prices.
