Raphael is a family-owned casual fine dining restaurant in the heart of Studio City. Raphael aims to provide Studio City with a fine dining experience unlike any other in the area, as can be seen from its casually luxurious and elegant décor and attention to detail. Executive Chef Adam Horton has described the cuisine as “progressive American.” The menu features shareable small plate dishes utilizing ingredients from around the world. From a traditional French steak tartare to a twist on Peruvian tiradito to comforting American fried chicken, the range of diverse offerings make for an interactive dining experience. The full small plates menu is also available in our lounge, where Mixologist Chris Parke creates one-of-a-kind cocktails highlighting fresh juices and herbs.
