My wife was apprehensive, because the hunting bunk house ambiance and noise made her uneasy about how good it could be. Fortunately, the food came out and her worries melted away. Noise level is high and outdoor porch had a DJ playing loud music which made it less appealing to eat outside. Food is really good. I was dining with a young lady that i haven been seeing for a few months now and we took our first trip out of town together. When planing our weekend my first thought was dinner at ranch 616... The service is very attentive without being intrusive or pretentious, and the wine and cocktail lists are exceptional. Although the noise level is "energetic", it actually adds to the overall upbeat ambiance and one-on-one conversation is still possible. The modelo steak salad is a favorite. But all the salads are great.
