    We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The drinks were excellent. Charlie seemed to know exactly what was needed at our table. We like a good restaurant experience. Tonight was great! The 10 oz filet was prepared perfectly. Buttery melt in your mouth perfect. The wine with dinner (Charlie chose the label) was a perfect selection. To top it off, Bronco offered a cheese which he prepared at our table: shaved rose petal thin, it had a wonderfully earthy flavor with honey and truffle added. It was a perfect experience and a perfect finish to the meal. The staff was busy (full house) and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. In case you hadn't noticed how many "perfects" were used to describe the night, it was perfect. Many thanks!...More
