Raincity Grill1st rate food on First BeachEven mid-week Raincity Grill was bustling, giving the place a lively atmosphere. The ingredients were really fresh, the menu varied enough that there was something for everyone in our group. Although our server was a tiny bit on the brusque side, the service was very good. We had enough time between courses to savor the food without feeling forgotten. RCG reserved a big table for us right in the front next to the big windows. It was private and we had the best view! I'm giving RCG 5* for everything because there is absolutely nothing to complain about! The food catered to everyone. My grandparents wanted something more simple = omelettes. The rest of us wanted to be wowed so we had the foie gras and one of everything from the mains to split. Everything was perfectly cooked - very tasty! Highly recommend their house ice tea. It was our first time in both and will be our last time in neither. Our server recommended the tasting menu along with a second entree for my wife. I'd eat every bite a second time.
Rain City Grill is in a neat part of town and is easy to get to by bus.
