"The hostess was very very friendly and welcoming. The server walked up to the table doesnt bother to say anything friendly or even introduce herself. All she said was "you all know what you want yet?" I said "hello ummm whats your name?" she mumbled her name and asked if we were ready to order or not. The NY strip was good.My husbands short ribs were so fatty that he sent them back and got the chicken which was just average. She half apologized for the ribs. The hostess' Apology was far more sincere. We still tipped the waitress 20%. she took the payment and never came back to the table. I'd only eat here again if I was staying at the Crown plaza again it was too cold outside or there was something else keeping me from going anywhere else."

"I was extremely disappointed in this restaurant. Our service was very slow, waited 45 minutes for an appetizer and another 20-30 for our meal which was just sandwiches so it wasn't a complicated dish. Even worse, the waitress didn't acknowledge us during our wait and then when she delivered the food she apologized because "they were so busy that night" and there was maybe 3-4 tables filled in the restaurant. Food wasn't tasty at all. Risotto wasn't seasoned in the app and the crab cake sandwich I had was all filler and bread. Not worth the trip."

"The food was really excellent, but the restauarant is not nearly as big as it appears online. Should have realized that when I saw it was a hotel restuarant. But a great place to go if you don't want to be around a lot of people!"
