I experienced excellent customer service, but the food was not good. It was if the plates were pre-made. The food came to the table rather quickly and it had no flavor and was lukewarm. For the amount of money for the plates I didn't expect to receive instant mash potatoes either...but I did.

We had a fabulous experience at Raglan Road. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess, the service was top-notch. I have a food allergic daughter and the server, as well as the manager were very helpful and knowledgeable. The Irish dancing was great. The food phenomenal. It was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Thank you and keep up the great work!

If you like to a nice quiet evening while you dine, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for someplace with a lively crowd, then you won't want to miss visiting Raglan Road. There is non-stop Irish entertainment here and fun to watch. We can never decide whether we like the the Dancers or the the Bands best. The food fare is pretty typical for an Irish Pub. The service is always very good.

We were looking for an upscale Irish pub with food above the ordinary; we chose Raglan Road based on recommendations from TripAdvisor. Everything was lovely. We made reservations (recommended) and we were seated immediately. The food was exceptional and the entertainment a lovely surprise. I would definitely go back next year when we visit. Great value in a heavy tourist venue.

Step inside and you get the feeling you have traveled to Ireland. The bar is phenomenal and so is the young bands that perform inside and outside. An awesome selection of beers with a properly poured Guinness and the so smooth Kilkenny, there are many to choose from. Brunch was a first and although we arrived after it had ended, we were still able to order from the special menu. A must while in Orlando - just for a beer or a full meal, Raglan Road will not disappoint.

I have been to Raglan Road at Downtown Disney several times over the last several years and always enjoy it there. I always, always, order the fish and chips and it's very good. Great ambiance for a fun time. All of my visits have been for lunch. I would assume dinner would be no different. Good quality, good service, and the entertainment was also excellent. Live Irish music as well as some dancers.

  • Fun Irish Pub Atmosphere
    CSSTD1
    Dined on 11/15/2014
A fun Irish Pub atmosphere with live entertainment while you eat. The food was good, but I thought Americanized to some degree (not unexpectedly, though). I had "Bangers and Booz" (bangers and mash with a portion of a Guinness-based stew), which I enjoyed. The portion was just right. The bangers were a bit spicier than I've had in Dublin or Cork (a bit more like sausage than I expected), which one of the attentive staff (a native Dubliner) said was his take on the dish as well. The bands we saw (3 over the course of ~90 min) presented both traditional and original songs, as well as covers of popular Irish bands (U2, Coors, etc.). Some to the Irish Dancing was also a bit "Americanized" (a bit of ballet and arm movements, which are usually not seen in traditional dance), but enjoyable; I thought the hard-shoe work done by the guys was very good, though. As would be expected at a Disney restaurant, kids from the audience were invited up on stage to "dance", but that was (thankfully) short-lived.

I had a reservation but as a single diner I chose to sit at the bar. It was a Thursday night about 8:00 and very crowded. I had a perfect view of the stage. The bartender recommended the shepherds pie and it was delicious - very well done with layers of flavor. There are also great outdoor dining options at this restaurant. The music and dancers were entertaining. This will definitely be a choice on any return trips to Downtown Disney.

We visited Raglan Road on our trip to Disney World last week after several rave reviews from friends. We were NOT disappointed. Raglan Road is a terrific dining choice if you're seeking a menu with a range of choices (from beef, chicken, ribs and lamb to seafood and salads). But wiat, there's more. During dinner, there's live entertainment -- alternating between Irish singers/musicians who also perform traditional pop classics to Irish dancers. Whether dining or just stopping in for a drink at the very active bars, you will be happy to know there's no cover charge. Clientele is mixed...all ages.

Was very excited to go here as my daughter is an Irish dancer and we love all things Irish and it didn't disappoint. The music is loud but it's meant to be and it was fun and enjoyable, the dancers were good and danced often. Our server, Stephany was very helpful, telling us her recommended selections. We loved the asparagus and goat cheese tart starter and our entrees, the Shepherd's Pie and Bangers and Booz. Will come back here again with my daughters the next time we are in Orlando.

Atmosphere was GREAT, service a bit lacking. We had reservations for 12:00pm and I was a bit bummed when we were shown to our table which was right next to the kitchen and behind the stage (we could not enjoy the entertainment without getting up from our table to see it). We had to wait over an hour from the time we put our order in to get our food. The manager did come out and apologize, but that was only after we had been waiting quite a while-nothing from the waitress though. It seemed we were the forgotten table. My daughter's steak was dry & over cooked & my son's shepard's pie was only luke warm with cold spots. We did not complain after having waited so long just to get the food. Will try again, loved the atmosphere/entertainment.
