We usually go on a friday or saturday night and even though that is when its packed, its when you get the best service. We have went for lunch on the weekends and its kind of skeleton crew. Water isnt filled fast. On a weekend night the bus boys re-fill your water just as fast as you drink it. I love that. Food is always amazing no matter what time you go. The food was fabulous and plentiful , the service was attentive but not intrusive and the prices were reasonable. The fish was over cooked, but well seasoned, generous portion and came with a very tasty garlic broccolirab. My daughter had the ravioli and loved it. They were VERY generous with the cheese, she wanted more cheese 3 times and they were very accommodating. Her portion was also generous.
Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu and specials and took time to explain each.

It was our first time at Ragazzi's, and we were all impressed with the quality of the food (and the moderate prices). The dishes were more interesting and inventive (and tasty) than the run-of-the-mill Italian cuisine. The service was excellent. Our waiter was professional and very (but not too) attentive. The restaurant itself was pleasant and tasteful, and the noise level was moderate. I'm glad I made reservations as we bypassed the waiting crowd and were seated at a nice table out of the way. The noise level was a little high for conversing, but we didn't let it bother us.
