The server was nice. That was the only good thing about this visit. When our order arrived, all of the food was lukewarm, and all three orders had mistakes. One order was completely wrong, one was missing a side dish, and one had the wrong sides. The sausage sandwich was link sausage sliced up and served on a hamburger bun. It was so greasy that the bun was soaked, and all of the slices of sausage slid out of the bun immediately. The pulled pork wasn't flavorful, the brisket was tough, and the chicken was bone-dry. The only saving grace were the barbecue sauces, which masked some of the problems. It's no wonder that this place was nearly completely empty on a Saturday night. I definitely won't be back.

Ribs were meaty and good. Food could have been hotter.

We came here because of the menu advertised on Open Table. We were given a one page menu upon being seated that was nothing like what we originally saw. The manager come over to explain Open Table hadn't updated their menu. Apparently there is a Lobster Shack upstairs in Valley Fair that could give us the lobster rolls we had come for and some calamari. He did comp the calamari. Our waitress seemed busy and didn't tell us that we might be ordering too much food. The macaroni was tasteless. The lobster roll was good but platter of meat was lukewarm. The whole experience was totally disappointing. They have a great opportunity to shine if they offere a little more selection on their menu and work on service.
