Experience Sake Ono, a Junmai Daiginjo of the highest quality, featured in unique cocktails and served in its purest form alongside exquisite dishes. The Menu Welcome Reception Sake Ono & Caviar A welcome sip of Sake Ono paired with Royal Ossetra Caviar. Amuse-Bouche Chilled Poached Shrimp with Thai chili, lime, nam plah, palm sugar, and cilantro.
