Met a buddy from out of town for dinner. We ate outside and the view, food and service was on point. It wasn't too noisy for a mild late spring day with plenty of people walking around and the outside dining area about 75% full. Food was enjoyable (seafood jambalaya, crab and artichole dip, cioppino) and would try other fare when I retuurn.

We had a wonderful experience! The food and drinks were delicious! Our waitress was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu. We had the margarita pizza; the pepperoni pizza; garlic wings; shrimp and crab Louie salad; the spinach salad and the salmon Caesar salad. All were outstanding! Thank you!

We are fans of this restaurant. Every time we come to DC we eat here. We started with the clam chowder, nice and thick with plenty of clams. Also had the garlic knots they were very tasty but a little too over baked for our taste. I had the the apricot bbq pork loin. Was cooked to perfection. I had it with the street corn and mashed potatoes. My husband had the salad with the crispy chicken. He said it was very good. We ended with the vanilla bean cheesecake.

We had a table of 14, and the team did an excellent job managing such a large group. They were total pros, keeping things moving at the right pace, regularly checking in to see if anyone needed an additional drink or anything else and remaining warm and upbeat the whole time.

We went for brunch and the only option was the Buffett, it was empty the entire time, felt like I had to pic through scraps , while everything tasted fine it was not a good experience, complained and manager said he would bring me some roast beef , never brought out, some small peaces came out on buffet.
Founding Farmers Fishers & Bakers DC: GeorgetownResponded on May 29, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience, Justin. We are sorry to hear the buffet was not up to par during your visit. That’s certainly not the level of hospitality or care we strive to provide. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to ensure better communication and consistency in service. Thank you again for letting us know. -Kristina
