I love Quince because of the hands on approach of the owners, their attention to detail and warm hospitality. The staff are charming and take pride in their restaurant. Normally it is much more "vibrant" in the popular hours. The banquette seating is very comfortable and does absorb some of the noise level at those times. The food is always fantastic and the service impeccable. We love that we can bring our own wines too.
