  • "I've lived in Houston since 1980 and have grown into a foodie. Love a new restaurant, a new menu and everything about trying a new spot. I've grown to realize that if the first visit wasn't what I expected and everyone else loves it then give it another shot. Perhaps I ordered the wrong item or it was an off night. While the service was what I expected the menu and the food just wasn't up to my expectations. Menu incredibly small for a Four Seasons. What we did order was okay but 3 star, not 5 star worthy. With the amount of time they've been open and the years I've wanted to try them I expected more. And I'll make an exception and not give them another try."

She was exactly like you want. She was very aware of all of your needs but did ot hover. She always came to the table with a wonderful smile."

What a great birthday celebration for my husband that Quottro offered birthday cake and champagne for us with no extra charge!"

  • "The food and service was absolutely wonderful. We chose Quattro out of all of the other Houston Restaurant Week options because of the vast quantity of gluten free options. I have found gluten free pasta can be kind of gummy or chewy and their pasta was amazingly good, you could not taste the difference at all. The eggplant parmesan was the BEST I have ever had. The service was incredible, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, you will not be disappointed."

  • "We went there during restaurant week, and usually restaurants really reduce the size of the portions, but this wasn't the case at Quattro. The food was delicious, presentation outstanding and the service just great. I will be going back a lot. I guess I would say that the place is casual and welcoming, great vibe, and best of all, you could carry on a conversation - it wasn't a place that is so loud that you can't hear each other."

Used travelzoo voucher, no problem. valet parking included, tip only. took us on a tour to let us know where everything was (different areas) buffet was exceptional, only issues were getting servers attention and running out of Belgian waffles. Plenty of caviar, great cold seafood galore (shrimp, crab claws, cerviche). Breakfast items were great. hot items included a really juicy ham with honey mustard sauce and tortilla soup which were both very good. Met my expectations which were high. desserts were very good. Forgot to mention mango bellini and champagne. Not as lavish or varied as thanksgiving, but plenty of good options and food is well prepared and presented."

  • "Our waitress was fabulous. I mentioned it was my 40th anniversary at my job and without being asked she brought a specially made anniversary desert for me! I missed not having the tasty Mango iced tea and the tortilla soup both of which were not available that day. We had a very nice window booth with plenty of room and a nice view. The décor had been updated and looked quite good. I have been going here for many years for a nice, quiet and refreshing dining experience."

  • "We hit Quattro this past Sunday for its over-the-top brunch. While the food was as good and bountiful as it has ever been, the service had slipped noticeably since our last brunch visit. At $55 per person, this is not a weekly or even monthly splurge; however, the fare does include bottomless mimosas, champagne, bloody mary's [and on this day a mango belini]. Lots of breakfast choices including eggs to order, breads, waffles, french toast and meats. A large spread of cold seafoods, sushi and prepared salads was probably our favorite station. Nice cheese and charcuterie table. Hot foods from IN the kitchen were probably my least favorite although I loved the carved ham. My only quibble is that my mimosa was not always timely refilled"

  • "We've never really had a big anniversary dinner celebration, but this year we decided to do it up right. Quattro was the perfect place! The waitstaff was marvelous, very attentive, but not intrusive. The food was wonderful as well as the wine and our waiter made wonderful suggestions along the way. Dessert was the highlight of the evening as we got to dine in the kitchen while Clayton, our sous chef, prepared Banana's Foster for us!!! Seeing "behind the scenes" was amazing and gives you a new perspective on what it takes to prepare a restaurant quality meal. We will definitely be back for future anniversaries as well as any other excuse we can find to dine at Quattro!!"

The service is appropriately attentive and always friendly. Did I mention the bottomless bloody mary's, mimosas or bellinis?   • "We decided to have a business dinner at Quattro, since our primary visitor was staying at the Four Seasons Hotel. We were in the Tuscan Room, which seats up to 8. Very quiet. Food was exceptional. I think Open Table lists this restaurant with 2 $ signs. That's silly. It should be 3. Maybe 4."

Unfortunately, a recent Mother's Day Brunch was a disappointment. Though the food selection was varied, the food itself was just "ok" and we never saw our waiter until we spoke to a manager. We're not planning on returning in the future and will take our business elsewhere. Sorry Quattro, but your standards have slipped. Such a shame."
