The wine list is short but efficient. We enjoyed dining in a peaceful atmosphere and within a nice hotel. We came back twice."

  • "Made reservations to celebrate our 36th anniversary. We were treated like royalty by the staff including Chef Mauricio. The visit started with a glass of champagne on the house. We started with the antipasto. The quality of the olives, meats and cheeses was the best, flavor and texture. The waiter encouraged us to try the daily special, which was Osso Buco Ravioli. The flavor and texture of the meal was as good as I have enjoyed in Houston. I got so carried away, I almost forgot to mention the super-Tuscan wine the sommelier direct us toward. It was perfect for the meal. We were invited to the kitchen by Chef Mauricio where he prepared a special desert while we watched. He prepared pears Foster for us, the wife is allergic to bananas."

Only minor, and I mean very minor issue was the staff was so attentive removing dishes while we were away from the table that they sometimes forgot to replace our silverware.   • "I heard Quattro was great (reviews/articles), but it must be a thing of the past. Went on a Sat at 7:45pm & it was almost empty. With that, our server was hard to track down & overall indifferent. Got the wine menu they had 1/2 bottles, which is perfect. I tried to order, said she had to check to see if they had ANY of them & claimed she wasn't familiar with the newly printed menu. She returned & said they couldn't serve 1/2 bottles. Why would you print a new menu & not be able to serve what you have on it? The food was good, not great. I had the onion soup & lasagna, they were very good. My fian. had heart healthy salmon, which was just that. The side layered veggies were VERY good though. Conclusion: we won't race back anytime soon."

  • "I was looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday and Quattro had very good reviews in various social media forums. I went with two friends the day after Valentine's Day. I found the staff very friendly and interested in making my dining experience great. We were only slightly disappointed that we had to choose from their special Valentine's Weekend menu rather than the full menu. We all found dishes to enjoy and each was done perfectly. Thanks to a mix up which the server spotted immediately after being served we managed to enjoy both their regular Tiramisu and a special one made particularly for their prix fixe menu that evening. We thoroughly enjoy the evening and I look forward to returning again for the next special occasion."

We visit a lot of Brunches, especially on Sunday, and I must say, this was a wonderful experience. Quite different arrangement of food stations, but very easily accessible and the food was very good.   • "We made reservations at Quattro for an early dinner because we had tickets to a show that evening and I had heard the food at Quattro was very good Italian food. When we arrived we were told that all of the waiters were in a meeting, so the only seating was the bar. The bartender was our waiter. He brought us menus but all they were serving was bar food so instead of their renowned Italian food, we had the choice of a hamburger, wings, etc. After sharing my disappointment with him, he very kindly went and checked with the Chef to see if we could possibly order off the dinner menu. The chef said he could handle our order, so thanks to the bartender going the extra step for us, we were able to have a very nice delicious Italian meal."

  • "Went there for Sunday Brunch to celebrate wedding anniversary. Service was great. At the end of the meal, waitress brought out a special dessert from the chef honoring our celebration. That was very nice. The different food stations were nicely spread out to avoid congested buffett lines. Nice selection of seafood, cheeses, and cold meats. Selection at the main carving station was not too impressing, though, with just roast chicken and ham. But they do change that selection every week. Restaurant will validate valet parking, which is great considering it's $20 to park."

  • "My wife and I ate here following a downtown wine tasting. Starters, entrees & dessert were all scrumptious. I had the Mixed green salad with Texas citrus, balsamic figs, slow-cooked goat cheese ricotta, pine nuts, campari dressing. My wife noticed a 2-oz foie gras "add-on" to an entrée. She asked if she could have that add-on only as a starter. Our server checked with the chef and he said he could do it for a little extra and served her a delicious 4-5 oz starter of foie gras. For a main course my wife had the Saffron risotto with veal osso bucco, bone marrow, & fresh mushrooms. She said it was very nice, but a little scarce on osso bucco. I opted for the Texas Akaushi beef lasagna with ricotta cheese which was delicious and large portion."

  • "Quattro is our favorite place for a special occasion Sunday brunch. It can add up if you are taking the family or a big group- but we never regret it afterwards. It truly is the perfect brunch spot! From the traditional breakfast (omelets made to order, bacon, waffles, pancakes, etc.), to sushi bar to cured meats and cheeses, soups and carved meats, a variety of salads and vegetarian dishes- there is something for everyone in your group to enjoy. Bloody Mary's and Mimosas are included in the price and they serve Lavazza coffee. Service this last Sunday was excellent- I believe our server's name was Ahmet-he was attentive, cheerful and polite."

Service and atmosphere are excellent and the food very tastey although a bit salty. Hold off ordering your food if you want some time to enjoy your pre-dinner drinks. The food arrives almost instantly. Be prepared to spend $100++ per person."
