  • "Our waitress was fabulous. I mentioned it was my 40th anniversary at my job and without being asked she brought a specially made anniversary desert for me! I missed not having the tasty Mango iced tea and the tortilla soup both of which were not available that day. We had a very nice window booth with plenty of room and a nice view. The décor had been updated and looked quite good. I have been going here for many years for a nice, quiet and refreshing dining experience."

  • "We go to Quattro for the breakfast buffet or brunch at least once a month. The food is always very good, and the service is always top notch. Free Valet parking helps too. But the ambiance and quiet setting is perfect after church. We will continue to go there often."

  • "We celebrated two birthdays at Sunday Brunch. The food and service was wonderful! The only disappointment was there was no prime rib on the buffet like we had the last time we went. The seafood buffet was excellent. Everyone in our group of 7 was stuffed. They let us take the birthday cakes they brought to us home in boxes, LOL!"

  • "I made the reservation on Open Table and asked for a quiet table so we could have a business lunch. We arrived and were shown into a small private room - no charge and the service was excellent. Definitely made the meeting a huge success - thank you Quattro!"

  • "Great brunch!!!! Loved everything. One little complaint, the seafood bar was slightly fishy."

  • "Took another couple with us for brunch. We all enjoyed the variety of great food and the bottomless mimosas. I especially liked the soft boiled egg with caviar and olive oil on top. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable morning. The staff was very attentive."

  • "Great food. Beautiful ambiance. Enjoyed the view of downtown Houston."

  • "Ther is something for almost every taste. I particularly love the martini glass with soft boiled egg, olive oil, caviar and other garnish. Delicious! Bottomless mimosas and mango bellinis are always flowing, too."

  • "We hit Quattro this past Sunday for its over-the-top brunch. While the food was as good and bountiful as it has ever been, the service had slipped noticeably since our last brunch visit. At $55 per person, this is not a weekly or even monthly splurge; however, the fare does include bottomless mimosas, champagne, bloody mary's [and on this day a mango belini]. Lots of breakfast choices including eggs to order, breads, waffles, french toast and meats. A large spread of cold seafoods, sushi and prepared salads was probably our favorite station. Nice cheese and charcuterie table. Hot foods from IN the kitchen were probably my least favorite although I loved the carved ham. My only quibble is that my mimosa was not always timely refilled"

  • "We've never really had a big anniversary dinner celebration, but this year we decided to do it up right. Quattro was the perfect place! The waitstaff was marvelous, very attentive, but not intrusive. The food was wonderful as well as the wine and our waiter made wonderful suggestions along the way. Dessert was the highlight of the evening as we got to dine in the kitchen while Clayton, our sous chef, prepared Banana's Foster for us!!! Seeing "behind the scenes" was amazing and gives you a new perspective on what it takes to prepare a restaurant quality meal. We will definitely be back for future anniversaries as well as any other excuse we can find to dine at Quattro!!"

  • "The Four Season's never disappoints. Just when you think it can't get better, each time it does! Bring your appetite, as you have never seen a buffet like this. The service is appropriately attentive and always friendly. Did I mention the bottomless bloody mary's, mimosas or bellinis? This is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy the company you are with."

  • "We decided to have a business dinner at Quattro, since our primary visitor was staying at the Four Seasons Hotel. We were in the Tuscan Room, which seats up to 8. Very quiet. Food was exceptional. I think Open Table lists this restaurant with 2 $ signs. That's silly. It should be 3. Maybe 4."

  • "Although this evening was not to celebrate a special occasion, the dining experience made it become one! "

  • "FANTASTIC! Every course was perfect, and the service was right on."

  • "Quattro at four seasons was much better than expected. The food preparation was great and the staff very friendly. It is in the four seasons and the prices reflect the location. If you want to go some place quite where you can talk and linger, this is a good option. "

  • "Everything about the evening was great. The service was perfect and the meal exceptional. The way the chef combines various elements of the dish in creative and interesting ways is really outstanding. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant. There are so many wonderful restaurants in Houston, this definitely one of them."

  • "The experience at Quattro was very good, albeit rather quiet. The food was tasty and well presented, and delivered to the table without fuss. "

  • "Food was excellent. Both my guest and I had the four cause meal which was a great way to sample 8 dishes. The service was great. Restaurant was formal without being pretentious. "

  • "We had an awesome experience. We had multiple courses, each one better than the last. The food was unique and incredible and the service perfect. Really fantastic. "
    Dined on 5/16/2014
  • "The spread was lavish and delicious. Different items than the standard fare. Everything was prepared perfectly. The only draw back was a table of patrons that seemed to think it was okay to let their child run all over the place. It really did detract from our experience."

  • "We have dined at the Quattro-Four Seasons Hotel for special occasion brunches numerous times over the years and have, until now, always enjoyed our experience. Unfortunately, a recent Mother's Day Brunch was a disappointment. Though the food selection was varied, the food itself was just "ok" and we never saw our waiter until we spoke to a manager. We're not planning on returning in the future and will take our business elsewhere. Sorry Quattro, but your standards have slipped. Such a shame."

  • "We often go to Quattro's for their Sunday Brunch which is good but the Mother's Day Brunch was outstanding. They did a great job in the food selection, freshness of the seafood and the service level. "

  • "The quality of the service has decreased to the level of a cheap restaurant. I would not go again "

  • "The lunch was fine until I looked at the bill in more detail after I left. I was charged $7 for a cup of decaf coffee! That's inexcusable. I will not return."

  • "Pleasant, quiet environment even it was almost full to capacity. Items were nicely displayed and separated into sections in different areas. Just a short wait at the made to order breakfast and pasta station. Good variety of fresh veg/salad, cheese and cold cuts. Caviar over barely solidified egg was attractive and tasty, Rib eye was juicy and tender. Blanched prawns were succulent while raw oyster on the shell were fresh. A small selection of mouth watering desserts, but stay away from the bread pudding, too sweet. Service was cheerful and courteous, although full capacity affected efficiency slightly. Unlimited mimosa, bellini, champagne, coffee made up in part for the $50 per (inc. tax and tips) even with Groupon. Worth a try. "

  • "I was disappointed this time. There was a shortage of food several times when I came for Shrimp, and oysters. The crab claws were dried out, the shrimp were limp and soggy. If this was my first time here this would have been my last time. This should not happen at a restaurant that charges the prices they do."

  • "I admit that this review is based only on one visit and a minimal selection from the menu. However, all that we ordered was way over salted, especially the highly recommended (by the waiter) Lasagne. When a kitchen in a fine-dining, high-priced restaurant over salts food, something systemic is not right. However, even with less salt, the food would have been only fair - especially considering the $$$$ price. Our server was excellent, the wine selection was good, and my martini was perfect."

  • "The Easter brunch was fabulous, and the wait staff was outstanding. The food, as always, is incredible. There is so much to choose from and one can get overstuffed very quickly if not staged. Love this restaurant both for brunch, lunch or dinner. One of Houston's best in my opinion."

  • "The Quick Lunch was a disappointment. The amount was fine but the quility of food is not what I expected. The Quick Lunch consistes of soup, salad, pasta, and dessert. Each comes in an 8-oz size container. The soup was ok. The rest of them you can get at any quick lunch around downtown Houston. The dessert - red forrest cake was about one cubic inch in size. I was just hoping the one or two bites we had should have made us craving for more. But no, we did not care for the taste. It made me think we should have ordered something else. "

  • "Took for husband to the Quattro Sunday Brunch for his birthday and we were both amazed. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect time since the minute we got to the Four Seasons. This is a must brunch for Houston."

  • "The food options are amazing and they change their menus weekly. The only thing that was a slight let down was the raw bar. They had crab claws that were obviously previously frozen due to the fact that they were soaking wet when you bit into it. Other than that, food is great and the service is outstanding."

  • "I haven't found many good restaurants downtown, so Quattro is a gem! The service is impeccable, The food is great, sophisticated and not expensive compared to the quality offered. The wine list is short but efficient. We enjoyed dining in a peaceful atmosphere and within a nice hotel. We came back twice."

  • "We had a great Sunday brunch at Quattro. Selection of good was good, and the quality was excellent. Only minor, and I mean very minor issue was the staff was so attentive removing dishes while we were away from the table that they sometimes forgot to replace our silverware. Other than that it was excellent. Definitely would return."

  • "Made reservations to celebrate our 36th anniversary. We were treated like royalty by the staff including Chef Mauricio. The visit started with a glass of champagne on the house. We started with the antipasto. The quality of the olives, meats and cheeses was the best, flavor and texture. The waiter encouraged us to try the daily special, which was Osso Buco Ravioli. The flavor and texture of the meal was as good as I have enjoyed in Houston. I got so carried away, I almost forgot to mention the super-Tuscan wine the sommelier direct us toward. It was perfect for the meal. We were invited to the kitchen by Chef Mauricio where he prepared a special desert while we watched. He prepared pears Foster for us, the wife is allergic to bananas."

  • "After a Nice meal they ofered us a Banana Foster, made by the chef for us on a table on the kitchen. Very cool."
