"the Easter brunch was spectacular-a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. there was something for every palate, excellent service, delightful atmosphere and a treat for children. tables were comfortably spaced-no overlap of conversation. I would highly recommend quattro."

"Food was just OK. Not much flavor. We found better restaurants in downtown Houston for the next three days of our trip. Wait staff seemed annoyed that we were there and not at all interested in service. Not at all what I expect from Four Seasons. The decor is very nice, though."

"We enjoyed a wonderfully prepared and presented brunch. Everything was freshly prepared and appetizing. A very wide range of foods are offered from traditional breakfast fare to sushi, hand carved loin lamb chops, made to order pasta and so so much more. There is even a children's section with food the kids would enjoy and all within their reach. Service was attentive and cheerful. And yes the bottomless Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Bellinis and Champage are tasty and included in the cost of the brunch."
