Public House at The VenetianGreat for Craft Beer LoversIn a city full of juxtaposing chains and celebrity restaurants, this place stands out. Decent selection of craft beers that pair well with classic, but quality pub foods. The abundance of wood gives it a warm atmosphere but the styling of the fixtures and the staff gives it a cool prohibition vibe. It's everything a gastropub ought to be.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Public House in The VenetianThe Public House in The Venetian was recommended by others for beers and good dinner food. It was all that. Enjoyed I pad menu on drinks, wines, and beers.
Food was great!4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMWill come back next trip to VegasFood was amazing. Beer list was extensive, and staff was very knowledgeable regarding pairings, etc. Possibly a bit pricey for certain beers but expected when dining at a strip hotel restaurant. Music and ambiance were outstanding. Would recommend the pork belly, short rib, and burger, as well as the ricotta fritters. Pass on the banana bread beer.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMThe beer, wine and drink listThe beer, wine and drink list was exceptional, as were the menu options. The southern fried chicken with jalapeño cheddar grits was to die for. The ambiance was great, although the noise from a bar/club across the hall was a bit loud. That was our fault for having a late dinner, though. We would absolutely come back again.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat StopFood and service were great. The pub burger was juicy and cooked to proper temperature. Fish and chips was delicious although the chips were actual chips and not fries3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMPost-Conference DrinksThe burger was hands down the best burger I have ever tasted. Service was impeccable! Great place for a hang out spot with the guys post-conference.3/19/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent beer, decent foodMy experience was good and I'll probably go back. I was somewhat bratty and asked for a beer pairing with a meal of 3 courses, and was given some fantastic beers that paired well with the food. I started with the shellfish platter, and it was as good as I could hope - this is standard fare and it was done right. Next, roasted bone marrow. Quite good! But the toast was very crunchy, and too thick at the same time - either one would have been great, but not both. It was the type of toast that cuts the roof of your mouth when you take a bite. Last, I had three items from the butcher block - rabbit, pate, and serrano ham. All were very good.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved this place. I was lookingLoved this place. I was looking for a place with a stellar beer list on the strip, and was pleasantly surprised. It also has a pretty good wine list. The food was also all excellent. What I particularly liked was all of the beer flight options, of which I tried two. The chef was also kind enough to provide complimentary dessert, recognizing that I was a beer connoisseur, which made the experience that much better. Even without that, however, I'd have given this place 5 stars. Best meal I had in Vegas, which is saying something, as I went to some top restaurants. Highly recommend.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome!Everything was fantastic!
We will return!

The housemade bratwurst sandwich was an wise choice for lunch. Our server was attentive and very familiar with the food and beverage menu.
