Here at P. Simpson’s we’re not stuffy people and don’t really take ourselves too seriously! Lord knows we’re not perfect or really that smart! About the only thing we’re serious about is how we treat our customers! We want you to have great food and drink in a friendly atmosphere and always feel… welcomed here. All of our food is prepared per order. It takes a little longer but most people agree that it sure tastes better. You can certainly pay more elsewhere. We don’t know why you’d want to!) We buy local and organic whenever possible and have no freezer or microwave in our kitchen! We don’t use paper napkins because we think they don’t do the job! Our suggested Dress Code is “Clothes.” We want you to feel comfortable when you come in so if you like jeans, shorts, suits, dresses, tuxedos, flip flops, sneakers, loafers, or designer clothing it’s all ok with us! We just want you to have a pleasurable dining experience every time you visit! We're looking forward to seeing you!Continued
