Parking: Public Lot
Parking Details: PS 7's is located on top of a public parking garage which has rates of $9-15 for 1-9 hours of parking time. The entrance is at 801 "Eye" St NW. Please contact us for detailed directions for using this facility. There is also parking in a public lot for a flat $10 fee 1 1/2 blocks west of the restuarant on "eye" street. Street parking is also available at metered spots for $2/hour until 9:30pm Mon-Sat. Please contact us with any and all parking related questions.

"PS7's wasn't bustling the night we came in, which made me wonder if the lack of patrons was indicative of bad service or food. Instead, it appeared that it was the ambiance and smell that made the place not as popular as it could be. We were seated facing the swinging door to the kitchen -- not a pretty sight such as Blue Duck Tavern kitchens -- instead it was eerily similar of sitting in a hospital. The restaurant should have been better designed so patrons don't have to see this. Also, the restaurant smelled like fish. The odor was constant; this combined with the view ruined what otherwise was good food and service."

"The waitress was very knowledgable about the food and all of her suggestions and how many small plates to get for our group. Food was delicious especially the tuna tartare sliders - to die for! The punch of the day was also out of this world! Great bartender."

"Although a little pricey, the food and service was amazing. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about the food and wine, and described each plate beautifully. I could almost taste each one. Would definitely go back for a special occasion."

"Felt like a nice urbane experience and the food was great. Very nice interpretations of some traditional fare; novel takes, but still very soul satisfying in a comfort food way. Hearty, but not overwhelming portions. We had an excellent warm goat cheese salad."

"I found the staff to be mediocore at best. There really should be at least 2 people hosting. One person to stay by the booth and another person to seat their guests to their table. There was only 1 person working the front of the house. There was a huge lag time between seating us and meeting our waiter. When we ordered our wine, the waiter seemed rushed to get our orders as well. Not very welcoming.

The food was ok. Nothing really stuck out in my mind as good/great. My duck was cooked to order, but the rest of the dish seemed as though it had been sitting on the hot plate for a long time. Parts of the dish was hot, but the rest of the dish seemed luke-warm at best. If I could write more, I would. Overall, ok at best. I would not return."
