ProvinceAlthough part of a downtownAlthough part of a downtown hotel (the Westin), the restaurant is tastefully decorated and seems to stand on its own. Its open, bright, clean, and bistro like, but not very noisy, which was nice. The outdoor eating space is large and nicely appointed, and well shielded from downtown traffic. The food was delicious. I had the asparagus salad and corn chowder soup for lunch and both were freshly made and flavorful without being overdone.
Our server, Steve, was professional and attentive.
I look forward to having a happy hour there and trying out the wine list.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMMothers day brunchPretty good actually. Eggs Benedict and the Waffles were great. Pastrys leave much to be desired. Service was good. We were surprised that the coffee was extra. I mean $3.50 per person for regular coffee on top of the $29.00 buffet price. Lots of stree noise when sitting outside. Too bad, I realize that have no control over that. Overall we had a nice time.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMawesome mother's day brunch! What can I say? Province always delivers on food and service! The brunch choices were fantastic; started with the belgian waffles with a nice choice of toppings. I had to go with the caramel sauce andit was awesome. Then i had my choice of a number if options for eggs Benedict. I could not decide so i had two different types, the province which had perfectly cooked steak and great chimichurri hollandaise and bacon with ancho chili hollandaise. They were both very tasty. The bakery items were top notch and a wonderful bloody mary bar as well as a mimosa bar. Another awesome visit to province!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMCame here with my family toCame here with my family to celebrate a special occasion. I did some research for fun restaurants in Phoenix and this one sounded the most fun. The food we had was extremely good. I really loved the South American inspired dishes, and the Arroz Amarillo was incredible! Our waiter, Kyle, was very personable and we all became "best friends" very quickly. We ate rather late, and they kept the kitchen open for us! At the end of the night, Kyle had brought out a complimentary celebratory dessert of their donuts hole pastries, which of course were extremely good. I'm recommending Province to anyone who wants a relaxed, enjoyable, amazing dining experience.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMTapas and Organic Martinis - YumWe had a lovely evening at Province starting off with their organic gin martinis - really interesting and refreshing taste. The we order a variety of vegetarian tapas entrees. Prior to the arrival of our order, we enjoyed a lovely bread with olive oil and a special appetizer from the chef. Then the tapas came - the chickpea starter was really tasty and interesting. We enjoyed the olives as a starter too but would have preferred the olives to be cool not warm. The Arroz was great and the asparagus was cooked just right.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMAMAZING EXPERIENCE!AMAZING! The service was absolutely incredible.
Unlike anywhere we have ever dinned. Every aspect of
this place is off the charts. The dining experience is OUTSTANDING from
the initial greeting as we arrived, to the service, and food presentation.
Hands down! Every entree looks like a masterpiece and taste like one!
This restaurant comes highly recommended, and for a good reason.

Each dish is so well-prepared and full of flavors. If its a beautiful evening, ask for patio seating which adds to your dining experience.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderfulWe always enjoy the wonderful food and fantastic service.4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMThe service, food and atmosphereThe service, food and atmosphere were all spectacular4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMClassy, well-managed place,Classy, well-managed place, excellent staff. Food strives for a pan-Latin chic but does not fully succeed. Too eclectic in my opinion, lacks a coherent theme. Still, not bad, and the total experience is very pleasant.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMProvince has an interesting,Province has an interesting, ecclectic South American influenced menu that includes an excellent selection of tapas in addition to full plates. Every selection we've sampled over multiple visits has been delicious as well as thoughtfully presented. The wine list is extensive, the staff are friendly and accomodating and the location is perfect for pre-theatre and pre-concert dining. Reasonable pricing is a bonus.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMsuch great service - the waitersuch great service - the waiter was excellent and the food was really good.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMWhat a great evening we hadWhat a great evening we had at Province! The food was wonderful and very creative. We loved the flatbread and empanada appetizers. The beef short rib was melt in your mouth and the steaks were perfectly prepared. However, the service was even more outstanding. First, we met Kyl, our waitperson, who gave our table top-notch service and was gracious and good-humored throughout. We also enjoyed Derek, who shared his Thai heritage with us, and gave us great service. Drago, the assistant manager, even stopped by to make certain we were being well attended. We highly recommend this restaurant and don't be put off by the fact that it is in the Westin Hotel. Province is entirely its own separate space on the street level.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AM
