I would recommend it highly. We all had different dishes and everyone was pleased. Provenance was very good but didn't live up to the hype. (Plus I had to wait a month to snag a table for a Friday night.) Nothing about the restaurant suggests you are dining in a museum. (The only art is a dull panoramic photo of the building.) I selected the prix fixe because I wanted the cod. But a salad was not among the first- course choices, so I tried the soup--unmemorable, as was the blackberry pie (which was out of season). The service gets five stars, however. Exquisite, taste-tantalizing menu with something for everyone. Service was all that a fine dining experience should be - professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Decor melds seamlessly with the visual tone, texture and structure inherent in the old and new architecture of site.

The orange juice and the smoothie were great. A buffet table had a nice assortment of fresh fruit, mouthwatering muffins and scones. Loved the salad dressing for the salad. Food was delicious & we loved the atmosphere. We had 3 different entrees amongst us & all were extrmely pleased with their choice. I even had ice cream,that was superb.

It gives a very sophisticated yet welcoming feel to the place. The food was fabulous, we had the pris fixe men, and the service lovely. I have heard that the Sunday brunch is also great and we are treating friends to that in a couple of weeks. It's hard to believe that this is a museum restaurant. The mussels with tasso appetizer was delicious and served with wonderfully crusty grilled bread to soak up all the tasty sauce. The braised short rib curry was outstanding, with rich flavors and a healthy portion. The view was exceptional ; from our table, on one side you could see across the new atrium, a handsome open space and on the other side, you saw greenery outdoors!

The trout dish was fresh and flavorful. The lump crab spaghetti with the meyer lemon, scallions and cream sauce was rich, satisfying and so full of crab it was luxurious.
The concert we saw was good and interesting, and the Viva&Gala series is worth a season subscription.
